Propelling pencil- yew body-3mm lead-Ideal for carpenters and gardeners

I have had an interest in handmade wooden products since my school days and was fortunate enough to have an enthusiastic wood work teacher who inspired my passion for wood. Recently I have turned my passion into making fine wooden pens and pencils. The pens are made from mainly local timbers found in and around the Charnwood Forest Leicestershire and Nottinghamshire.
The Yew starts off as logs and it is then spilt or sawn down to make the blanks for turning. The Yew can take up to two years to season. The long seasoning time ensures your pen or pencil will not split or warp.
I also use reclaimed timber, Oak, Mahogany etc.
